How To Make Sure Your Projects Really Succeed

One of the most frustrating things in business is to see a great idea fail.

It is even more puzzling and soul-destroying when you know the idea is a good one and it should have succeeded because everything seemed in place to make it work.

The most common reason why good ideas fail to become a successful project is that they lacked a skilled Translator.

There are 3 Translator positions on the Genius Zone.

I have highlighted them on the model.

Each position has a particular and valuable skill, but I need you to focus on the Translator position between the Innovator and Manager Zones.

These are extremely valuable people.

They understand the mindset of an Innovator and that of a Manager.

This is an example of what I call Practical Mindset.

They are skilled in receiving an innovative idea, creating a plan and making sure that the plan is successfully executed.

When They Become Critical For Success

A skilled Translator is essential when the Innovator is on the right of the Genius Zone.

This is the critical partnership that needs to be in place to turn a great idea into a successful result.

Too many struggling or failing projects?

Do you have enough skilled Translators in place?
