What surprised and delighted me was that she recognised what the classic problem was.
And, not only did she recognise it, she was actively looking for a solution to fix the problem.
Most companies don't recognise the seriousness and impact of this problem and therefore don't even think to solve it.
It has become such a normal problem we don't see how big a problem it is.
Not only did she recognised the issue, she was also highly knowledgable about the issues of fixing it.
However, even though she clearly understood and recognised the problem, it still happened in her company.
