Which Type Of Confidence Problem Do Do You Need To Solve?

#UnblockYourPeople

We need confidence to act and, more importantly, to act happily and positively.

When we don't feel confident, we hesitate and procrastinate.

This is a costly problem for individuals and the businesses they work for.

There Are Two Main Ways We Lose Confidence

Therefore, two main solutions.

One is the skills and knowledge solution.

The other, a beliefs solution.

If gaining a new set of skills and knowledge will give you the confidence to act, then go ahead and invest in gaining them.

But, many people already have great skills and knowledge that they WON'T allow themselves to use.

Please note that I said won't, not can't.

This is when our negative 'what if' beliefs stop us from doing what we could.

What if I'm not good enough

What if I'm not capable?

What if I fail?

What if (fill in the blank)

These hold people back more than a lack of skills and knowledge.

But, people believe that having more skills will be the answer.

IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE TRAINING WILL OVERCOME THESE ON IT'S OWN.

When you solve these problems, you will happily use your skills.

To solve a confidence problem, you need to know which one you are solving.
